Common questions

The Navigator

How does the Navigator work?

It draws three lines on your chart — a ceiling (resistance), a floor (support) and a middle line — and updates them as the market moves. It also shows you the trend direction and prints buy and sell labels with suggested take-profit and stop-loss levels. The How it works page shows it all on a chart.

Do I need to be experienced to use it?

No. The Navigator shows you the key levels and signals in plain terms, and our weekly webinars walk you through how to read and act on them. Plenty of our members were new to charts when they started.

Which markets and stocks does it cover?

Hong Kong, Singapore and US stocks, plus Forex, Crypto and Metals. Once you subscribe to a market, the indicator works on any stock or instrument in that market.

What do I get in the Telegram groups?

Each market has its own private group with live signals on roughly 10 large-cap names — current price plus alerts when key levels are hit, broken, or the trend speeds up. Robin also posts his own trade ideas to the group.

Pricing and plans

How much does it cost?

Plans are billed quarterly, in SGD. Single markets run $108 to $168 SGD a quarter, combos $297 SGD, and All Markets $417 SGD. Open a Pepperstone account through our link and a standing discount applies — roughly $87 to $147 SGD for singles, $267 SGD for combos and $387 SGD for All Markets. The homepage pricing has the full breakdown.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Upgrades happen straight away — you just pay the prorated difference for the rest of the quarter. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current three-month period, so you keep your existing access until then. It's all self-service through Manage subscription (the link is in the footer).

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from the Manage subscription page. There are no long-term contracts — your access simply runs to the end of the quarter you've paid for.

Do you offer refunds?

Quarterly billing doesn't come with a refund clause, so refunds aren't something we offer as standard. If something has genuinely gone wrong, message us and we'll have a look.

Getting set up

How do I get access after I subscribe?

You give us your TradingView username when you subscribe — type it exactly, capital letters and all, because it's case-sensitive. We grant your plan's indicator access to that account, ready on TradingView within a few minutes of subscribing. The Telegram group adds you automatically once you join with the Telegram username from your subscription. The guides walk you through every step.

Do I need a paid TradingView plan?

The free TradingView plan is enough to run the Navigator. A paid plan is better, though — it loads more chart history, which gives the Navigator more data to draw a better channel, and it loads faster. That's why we point everyone to the free paid-plan offer through Pepperstone.

Pepperstone and TradingView

How do I get the free TradingView plan?

Open a Pepperstone account through our link, add funds and place one trade. Pepperstone then gives you three months of a paid TradingView plan free, renewed every three months as you trade — and if you already pay for TradingView, it extends your current plan instead. Full details on the Free TradingView page.

Is Pepperstone safe? It's not MAS-regulated.

Pepperstone doesn't hold a MAS licence, but the group answers to seven regulators worldwide, including Australia's ASIC and the UK's FCA. Client money is kept separate from company money at Tier-1 banks and audited every year by EY. It's been operating since 2010 and serves over 830,000 clients. We've answered the safety questions properly on the Free TradingView page.
